SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped within three business days. International orders are subject to international shipping rates and longer delivery times. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Per US shipping regulations, no flammable items may be shipped overseas. This includes glues.
TUFFHHEAD is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We honor a 30-day return policy on unused products for exchanges and refunds. Any returns after 30 days on unused products will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please email for a return authorization number prior to shipping back your return.
