Orders and Shipping
Typical orders ship within 2-5 business days, however, there is the rare occasion of component shortages that may cause a delay. Custom builds take from 2-5 weeks depending on order volume.
Once your order is packaged, an message containing shipment details (including a tracking number) will be sent to the email associated with the order. You may use the tracking tool associated with the parcel service indicated in your order confirmation.
No, for your safety we never keep credit card information on file.
Yes, but only if you live within the company’s home state of Kentucky.
We ship to almost any country that does not have trade restrictions to the United States of America.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Sirius Archery Products will accept returns of any uncut shafts for a full refund as long as all components are returned and the shafts are un-shot and undamaged. The original shipping will not be refunded on anything except exchanges where Sirius Archery agrees that it is at fault.
In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item and send a return label for the return of the incorrect item.

In most cases, if you cancel the order prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued. If your order has shipped, please refer to our returns policy.
