WARNINGS:
– Bonds skin and eyes in seconds.
– Keep out of the reach of children.
– IRRITATING TO EYES, RESPIRATORY SYSTEM, AND SKIN.
– Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
– Do not breathe fumes.
– Cyanoacrylates cause an exothermic reaction with cotton and wool! Do not use these products to wipe up spills!!!!
TECH TIPS:
– Leave in a Zip-Lock bag in your refrigerator and get to room temperature before using. If you do not follow this step, you will not get two years of shelf life from your adhesive.
– Clean shaft with acetone before starting (not the label!!!)
– Open the cap and keep the bottle away from your face to avoid inhaling the fumes.
– Leave a 6″ swab inside the container at all times.
– Brush on the adhesive with the swab, and DO NOT TRY USING THE TOP SPOUT!
– If you have more than 7-8 seconds before adhering your vane to your arrow, simply reapply another coat.
– Your vanes will adhere in approximately 10 seconds, and you can remove the clamp.
– Ensure that you follow your vane manufacturer’s instructions for any vane prep that must be completed before gluing.
– Do not over-apply the glue as it will run out the bottom of the vane and make a mess of your arrow.
SiriuslyTuff Insert Adhesive
WARNINGS:
– Keep out of the reach of children.
– Do not ingest.
– Avoid skin and eye contact.
– After contact with skin, wash with soap and water.
– In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
TECH TIPS:
– Clean the inside of the shaft with acetone and a Q-tip.
– Make sure the arrow shaft has been squared.
– Ensure that equal parts of each component are coming out of the bottom of the tube.
– Squeeze out only enough epoxy to apply to 2-3 components at a time (about the size of a nickel)
– Mix through (very important! A toothpick works well for this).
– Spread the epoxy over the entire insert and slowly install the insert into the arrow while twisting.
– Push the insert into the arrow about halfway and then pull it almost out and push it back in completely. Pull it halfway out and then twist it while pushing it back into the shaft. This procedure will ensure that there is adequate coverage around the inside of the shaft.
